Project Management Office (PMO)

Overview

The Project Management Office Analyst role deals with Governance and assurance on a project. The role is good for anyone seeking an introduction to what project management is all about. There are various entry roles in this field; Project Management Office Analyst, Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant etc. This training will prepare you to take up any of these roles. The training will run for 3 weekends after which, with our mentoring support, you will be able to apply for a role as a PMO Analyst

Requirements

The only pre-requisite for this course is a high school diploma / A -levels. Commitment and hard work are also required attitudes for the course.

Training Setup

The set up will see Delegates attend 4 Days Training Sessions (Spread across 4 weeks) and participate in their assigned project’s delivery during the week. Delegates will be assigned tasks as part of their role, which they would need to submit at the end of each week.
