Under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (as amended in 2020), every work-seeker is entitled to a Key Information Document (KID) before agreeing to terms with us. The KID sets out, in a single page, who pays you, the type of contract, your minimum expected pay rate, deductions taken from the assignment rate and from your pay, holiday entitlement, and any benefits or fees.
A sample KID for the contracts we operate is shown below. The version issued to you will reflect the actual assignment rate agreed with your agency or end client.
