The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 means PO boxes and unstaffed addresses no longer qualify. Our address is staffed and acknowledges mail on the day it arrives.

  • Can I use this as my Companies House registered office?

    Yes. We meet the 'appropriate address' test under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, which means mail sent here will be acknowledged and reach you reliably. We're happy to file the change at Companies House for you.

  • What about the new Companies House identity-verification rules?

    Directors and people with significant control now need verified identity at Companies House. We don't do the ID verification ourselves, but we'll point you to an Authorised Corporate Service Provider if you need one.

  • Can you handle parcels and signed-for post?

    Yes — including tracked, signed-for and courier deliveries during office hours. We'll let you know the moment a parcel arrives.

  • How quickly will I see my mail?

    Scan-and-email is normally the same working day. Forwarded post goes out on the next post run, usually within 24 hours.

  • What if I want to add bookkeeping or VAT registration later?

    Add-ons can be bolted on at any time — company formation, VAT registration, monthly bookkeeping, administrative support, audio typing. Each priced separately so you only pay for what you use.
